Kidney deficiency: The waist is the home of the kidneys, which store essence and connect to the uterus. Kidney deficiency will cause the Chong and Ren meridians to be unstable and the Dai meridian to be out of control, resulting in uterine prolapse, sore waist and weak legs, and a sagging lower abdomen. The kidneys and bladder are the exterior and interior of each other. Kidney deficiency will cause dysfunction of bladder qi transformation, resulting in frequent urination, especially at night. Kidney deficiency will cause the clear orifices to be malnourished, resulting in dizziness and tinnitus. A pale red tongue and a weak pulse are both caused by kidney deficiency.

Damp-heat, due to qi deficiency or kidney deficiency, causes the uterus to protrude from the vaginal opening for a long time, which is damaged by friction from clothes and easily invaded by damp-heat evil toxins. It accumulates below, so the surface is ulcerated and yellow fluid drips. Damp-heat accumulates in the lower part of the body, causing burning urine. When damp-heat rises, the mouth is bitter and dry, and the tongue is red with yellow greasy coating.

1. Exercise the levator ani muscles to perform anal contraction activities, that is, the anus contracts after defecation, 3 times a day, 20 times each time. The purpose is to exercise the levator ani muscles, making them strong and developed, so as to strengthen the pelvic floor support and move the prolapsed uterus upward.

2. Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. Take 10 ml twice a day for 1 month.

3. Pessary. When the above method is ineffective, it can effectively lift the uterus and prevent it from sagging.

4. Estrogen replacement therapy. Seek treatment from an experienced gynecologist.

5. Surgery. It is used for patients whose symptoms are severe and whose above conservative treatments are ineffective. Grade II and III prolapse is usually treated surgically.
