Treatment of congenital uterine malformation

Treatment of congenital uterine malformation

Recently, many people have been diagnosed with congenital uterine malformations. Uterine malformations are divided into congenital and acquired. Acquired uterine malformations are a more serious condition and more difficult to treat. They may affect the fertility of our female friends, so we must discover them as soon as possible and start treatment as soon as possible. Severe cases may even lead to uterine cancer. So, how to treat uterine malformations?

1. Adjuvant therapy

During the acute phase, you should drink more water to increase urine volume and flush the urethra. If you experience frequent urination, urgency, and pain when urinating, you can take antispasmodics and eliminate the various causes of urethritis. Urethritis caused by sexually transmitted diseases should be treated at the same time as your spouse, otherwise it will be difficult to cure.

2. Local treatment

Suitable for cervicitis, contraindicated in the acute phase. ①Urethra dilation. ②Intraurethral instillation of drugs. ③Endoscopic electrocautery.

3. Diet therapy

1. Use 50 grams of wolfberry, 100 grams of Poria cocos, and 100 grams of black tea. Grind wolfberry and poria into coarse powder, take 5-10 grams each time, add 6 grams of black tea, and brew with boiling water for 10 minutes. Take twice a day as tea.

2. Take 50 grams of red beans and 50 grams of corn silk. Cook the soup and drink it once a day for 20 days.

3. Use 10 grams of light bamboo leaves, 50 grams of fresh reed roots, and 10 grams of wild chrysanthemum. Decoction in water, 20 days as one course of treatment.

4. Take 30 grams of Tongcao and 30 grams of Houttuynia cordata. Can be consumed as a tea substitute, any number of times.

5. Use 10 grams of Coptis chinensis, 30 grams each of Oldenlandia diffusa and Portulaca oleracea, 15 grams each of Smilax glabra, Sophora flavescens, Dictamni, Dianthus superbus, Dianthus radix, Acorus calamus, and Cyathula officinalis, and 6 grams each of Akebia and Licorice. Take 1 dose daily, decocted in water and taken in 2 doses.

4. (1) Prevent all routes of infection, keep the perineum clean and dry, wash the vulva with clean water every night, and use a dedicated basin for each person. Do not use your hands to clean the vagina, and do not use hot water, soap, etc. to wash the vulva. During pelvic inflammatory disease, the amount of leucorrhea is large and sticky, so you should change your underwear frequently and avoid wearing tight or synthetic underwear.

(2) If there is vaginal bleeding during menstruation, after abortion, or after gynecological surgery such as IUD insertion or removal, sexual intercourse, swimming, tub bathing, or sauna bathing should be avoided. Sanitary napkins should be changed frequently. As this will reduce the body's resistance, pathogenic bacteria can easily enter the body and cause infection.

(3) Patients diagnosed with acute or subacute pelvic inflammatory disease must follow the doctor's instructions and actively cooperate with treatment. The patient must rest in bed or take a semi-recumbent position to facilitate localization of inflammation and discharge of secretions. Patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease should not overwork, and should combine work and rest, and exercise in moderation to avoid worsening of symptoms.

The treatment of congenitally malformed uterus also needs to be based on our personal uterine disease condition and the severity of the disease to help us achieve a better healing effect. Women must pay attention to their own body changes. Many people do not pay attention, which leads to the aggravation of the disease and inability to treat it.
