What should I do if my menstrual period is always bleeding?

Every woman has a few special days every month, and these special days are called menstruation. During this period, women's bodies will be weaker and more susceptible to diseases. Many women always have constant bleeding during menstruation. What is the reason for this? What should I do if my menstrual period is always heavy?

The etiology and pathogenesis are caused by emotional depression, overwork, improper living and diet after childbirth or miscarriage, and excessive sexual intercourse, which lead to dysfunction of the Chong and Ren meridians. Qi stagnation and blood stasis are caused by liver depression and qi stagnation, long-term blood stasis, and uterus stasis, which prevents new blood from returning to the meridians and causes the blood that has left the meridians to flow abnormally.

⑴ Pay attention to your physical health. To increase nutrition, eat more protein-rich foods as well as vegetables and fruits. Strive to strike a balance between work and rest in life, avoid heavy physical labor and strenuous exercise, get enough sleep, be in a good spirit, and do not create unnecessary mental stress. This is very effective in preventing and treating functional metrorrhagia.

⑵ Use drugs to stop bleeding. There are two methods of drug hemostasis: one is to make the endometrium fall off completely, which can be done by injecting progesterone; the other is to make the endometrium grow, which can be done by injecting estradiol benzoate. Using some hemostatic drugs, such as Yunnan Baiyao, Anluoxue, vitamin K, hemostatic aromatic acid and hemostatic sensitive, can generally achieve the purpose of treating functional uterine bleeding.

⑶ Restore ovarian function and regulate menstrual cycle. Generally, drugs such as diethylstilbestrol are taken continuously, 0.5-1 gram per day, for 20 consecutive days. On the last 5 days of medication, 20 mg of progesterone is injected per day. Generally, functional uterine bleeding in adolescence can be cured quickly with age increase and proper treatment. For ovulatory functional uterine bleeding, injection of human chorionic gonadotropin before ovulation may regulate the menstrual cycle.

I hope every woman can take good care of herself. Your body is your own. If you are sick, you will be the only one who will feel bad. No matter how much others care about you, they cannot get sick for you. Therefore, women should understand what to do if menstruation is always heavy? In addition, we should develop good living habits and maintain an optimistic attitude.
