Women in menopause always feel inexplicably anxious, their head and neck feel hot, and they sweat a lot at any time, even in the cold winter.

You can always see on TV that a middle-aged woman loses her temper for no reason, and others will say, "She's in menopause." It can be seen that women in this period are often prone to emotional fluctuations, have less patience, and are easily angered.

For many women in this period, low mood also affects the normal gastrointestinal function, leading to poor appetite, reduced motility, and difficulty in defecation.

When estrogen secretion decreases, the protective effect on bone minerals in the bones is reduced, which can easily cause osteoporosis. If you fall without paying attention, it may cause fractures.

It mostly occurs between the ages of 45 and 55. Most women may experience symptoms of varying severity. Some people begin to experience symptoms during the menopausal transition period and continue for 2 to 3 years after menopause. For a few people, the symptoms may not be alleviated or disappear until 5 to 10 years after menopause. Women who undergo artificial menopause often experience perimenopausal syndrome 2 weeks after the operation, which peaks 2 months after the operation and can last for up to 2 years.

Female friends must pay attention to adjusting their bodies and taking good care of themselves during menopause. Many women will also have some menstrual irregularities during menopause, which they must pay attention to. Taking some medications regularly can actually alleviate the menopausal conditions, otherwise they will become more and more serious.
