How to bring your period earlier?

How to bring your period earlier?

The normal menstruation directly reflects women's physical health and reproductive health issues. Generally, the menstrual cycle is about 28-30 days. This is normal. However, many people need to advance their menstruation due to their own reasons. This is not impossible. The methods introduced below are very effective in helping to advance menstruation. Let's learn about it now.

(1) Methods for inducing early menstruation: Starting from the 16th day of menstruation, intramuscular injection of progesterone 20 mg or oral administration of medroxyprogesterone 10-12 mg daily for 5 days, and menstruation will occur 3-7 days after stopping the medication;

(2) Methods for delaying the onset of menstruation: ① Contraceptive Type I (norethindrone) or short-acting oral contraceptive Type II, starting from the 5th day of menstruation, 2 tablets per day for 2 consecutive weeks, and increasing to 4 tablets per day from the 3rd week; ② Oral progestogens such as Fukang Tablets (norethisterone) or Funing Tablets (megestrol), starting from the 16th day of menstruation, 10 mg per day; ③ Non-hormonal mifepristone, starting from the 5th day of menstruation, 25 mg per day.

Please remember that the above methods ①, ②, and ③ must be taken continuously until the "critical period" is passed and then discontinued. Generally, menstruation will occur within 7 days after stopping the medication. It is worth noting that the abnormal use of sex hormones may disrupt future menstrual cycles. Therefore, these methods should not be used for a long time, let alone abused. If menstrual disorders occur, please seek treatment from a gynecologist in time. In addition, some people will experience dizziness, fatigue, nausea, vomiting and other early pregnancy reactions when taking sex hormones for the first time; those who are prohibited from taking sex hormones include: women over 40 years old, breastfeeding women, women with hypertension, diabetes, liver and kidney diseases, thyroid diseases, thromboembolic diseases, and women with malignant tumors of the breast or reproductive organs or suspected tumors.

The above is an introduction to methods to help women induce menstruation. I wonder if you already have a more detailed understanding of these reproductive common sense, but I would like to remind female friends that although there are ways to advance menstruation, if such a behavior is used for a long time, it will have a greater impact on women’s reproductive health and disrupt women’s menstrual cycle.
