What you should pay attention to when practicing yoga during menstruation is to avoid strenuous exercise. It is also best not to stand or maintain a posture for a long time, as this is not conducive to menstruation. In addition, it is best to avoid learning difficult or new postures, as this will require more of your energy. It is best to do yoga three days after menstruation.
