Causes of non-ovulatory bleeding

Causes of non-ovulatory bleeding

Many women will find a phenomenon, that is, they are not in their menstrual period and not in the ovulation period, but they have bleeding. Of course, when they find this problem, they will naturally be worried and anxious because they don’t know what causes it. Therefore, women should also be vigilant about this kind of reproductive health problem. Now I will give female friends a detailed introduction to the reasons for non-ovulation bleeding.

There are two main reasons why ovulation bleeding occurs:

1. Sex hormone secretion disorder causes large fluctuations in hormone levels during ovulation, resulting in significant bleeding.

2. Chronic inflammation of the endometrium or inflammatory thickening of the ovarian surface. The endometrium is obviously congested during ovulation. Bleeding is not easy to stop on its own. Or the inflammatory thickening of the follicle surface ruptures and bleeds more than normal. The bleeding flows back into the uterine cavity with the peristalsis of the fallopian tube and is discharged from the body through the vagina.

The duration of visible vaginal bleeding can be several hours, or 3 to 5 days, but rarely more than 7 days. In severe cases, it may continue to bleed until the next menstruation. Some people bleed very little, and it stops with a little bit of bleeding. Or there is blood mixed in the vagina. Under normal circumstances, it rarely reaches the amount of menstruation. Bleeding may be accompanied by bloating and discomfort in one side of the lower abdomen, or dull pain, or obvious pain, and even involve the waist and inner thigh. Symptoms may occur continuously every month or once every other month. Some people experience it for several months every year. Some people only experience this phenomenon once in their lifetime. Repeated ovulation bleeding will affect pregnancy. If this is the case, treatment must be carried out under the guidance of a doctor.

Every woman should not ignore her reproductive health issues, because if some reproductive diseases are not effectively treated and resolved, they may cause other problems and even directly threaten women's fertility. Therefore, whether married or unmarried women, they must pay attention to these reproductive health care work.
