What causes pelvic mass?

For women, the health of related organs such as the pelvis will have a positive impact on many things in women's lives. It is not just because women need changes in their organs during their menstrual period, but there are many unstable factors. If the blood circulation is not smooth or is affected by too cold substances, it will aggravate the symptoms of pain. If a mass appears in the pelvis, how is it caused?

Pelvic inflammatory mass is an inflammation of the female pelvic organs that has not received regular treatment, resulting in chronic inflammatory histological changes in the pelvis, leading to the occurrence of pelvic inflammatory mass. Patients often first have clinical manifestations of acute salpingitis, which can be relieved by taking anti-inflammatory drugs. Symptoms include lower abdominal pain, fever, and vaginal bleeding. Normally, patients may experience increased vaginal discharge and reduced lower abdominal pain later. As the pelvic mass grows, the pain increases but is tolerable, presenting as a dull ache in the lower abdomen. The abdominal pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease will also worsen during menstruation, but it is not as obvious as the dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis.

The vast majority of pelvic inflammatory masses arise from acute salpingitis, which causes the fallopian tubes, ovaries, uterus, omentum, and intestine to adhere together, forming a pelvic inflammatory mass.

Pelvic inflammatory disease is divided into acute and chronic types. If it is chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, it is often caused by the failure of acute pelvic inflammatory disease to be properly and thoroughly treated or the patient's physical condition is poor and the course of the disease is prolonged. Or there may be distension, pain in the lower abdomen and soreness in the lumbar region.

Therefore, the most important thing is to have a timely check-up. Certain problems and solutions will be revealed during the physical examination. It is important to have sufficient understanding of your own body. If you experience abdominal pain and discomfort, you should seek medical attention promptly and do not delay. Delaying can sometimes allow pathogens to grow too fast in the human body, causing more and more lesions to occur.
