What causes breast pain?

Breast tenderness is a phenomenon that every girl will encounter. During the adolescent development stage, breast tenderness is a basic characteristic of breast development. Most people do not care about this detail, and of course there is no need to care about it. However, after full development, women will experience breast pain again, and they will start to get nervous. This is actually very normal, but it more or less affects the emotions of female friends. They can easily associate this phenomenon with some bad disease. Now the editor will tell you what this situation is.

1. Breast pain during adolescence: The earliest breast pain in girls usually occurs when they are 9-13 years old. At this time, girls' breasts begin to develop and they will have a slight feeling of pain. After menarche, the swelling and pain will disappear on its own as the breasts mature.

2. Premenstrual breast pain: Many women experience breast fullness, hardness, and tenderness before menstruation. In severe cases, the breasts can become swollen and painful even with slight vibrations or collisions. This is caused by increased estrogen levels in the body before menstruation, breast hyperplasia, and tissue edema. The above changes may disappear after menstruation.

3. Breast pain during lactation: Some women experience breast pain when they are about 40 days pregnant due to the large amount of estrogen, progesterone and prolactin secreted by the placenta and villi, which causes the mammary glands to enlarge and the pain can occur. In severe cases, the pain can last throughout the pregnancy.

4. Postpartum breast pain: Breast swelling, induration and pain often occur 3-7 days after delivery. This is mainly due to breast lymph retention, venous congestion, interstitial edema and obstructed mammary ducts.

5. Breast pain after artificial abortion: After artificial abortion, some women complain of breast pain and can feel a lump. This is because the pregnancy is suddenly interrupted, and the hormone level in the body drops suddenly, causing the changes in the breasts to suddenly stop, resulting in breast lumps and breast pain.

To sum up, breast pain is not a big deal. In most cases, it is a normal physiological condition. If you experience breast pain after sexual intercourse, there is no need to worry. It is entirely because you cannot achieve sexual satisfaction. The congestion and swelling of the breasts are not easy to subside, so don't let this problem affect your mood.
