Why is it easier to get pregnant by having sex a few days after menstruation?

Our female physiological condition can be divided into three parts in a month: ovulation period, safe period, and menstrual period. The time will be different for everyone, depending on their individual situation. Basically, the ovulation period is five days after the end of menstruation, and it will be easier to conceive at this time. However, different physical conditions will also affect the time period of ovulation. So, today I will do some detailed analysis.

The ovulation day is counted from the first day of menstruation, count down 14 days or subtract 14 days. For example, if your period comes on the 22nd, then your ovulation day is the 8th (22-14=8). The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after it are called the ovulation period. If your period is on the 22nd, then your ovulation period is from (8-5=3) to (8+4=12). Because it is easy to get pregnant through sexual intercourse during the ovulation period, the ovulation period is also called the fertile period or the dangerous period.

The ovulation date is generally about 14 days before the next menstrual period. Starting from the first day of the next menstrual period, counting down 14 days or subtracting 14 days is the ovulation day. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after it are called the ovulation period. The specific calculation depends on your menstrual cycle, and the menstrual cycle must be very accurate for the calculated ovulation period to be correct. If you want to get pregnant, you can start on the first day of ovulation and maintain a frequency of having sex every two days. If there are no special circumstances, you will generally get pregnant.

Guidance: To increase the chance of conception, it is best to have sex every other day during the ovulation period, because the average survival time of sperm in the female reproductive tract after being released from the body is: 0.5 to 2.5 hours in the vagina, 48 hours in the cervix, 24 hours in the uterus, and 48 hours in the fallopian tube. An egg is released from the ovary and survives in the fallopian tube for about 12 to 16 hours. Fertilization occurs in or near the cumulus of the fallopian tube. Having sex every two days a week before ovulation can ensure that sperm and other sperm arrive in the fallopian tube and meet the egg early or on time.

I don’t know if the above explanation has helped all of you female friends to have a clearer understanding of your own body. Pregnancy is a major event in our lives and it requires many attempts and efforts to get the most precious little life. Therefore, only when everyone masters their own physiological condition can they maintain the best condition.
