How to treat dysmenorrhea effectively?

Almost every woman has experienced the pain brought by dysmenorrhea. When menstruation comes, the patient's lower abdomen will be unbearably painful, and even develop a fear of menstruation. At this time, neither drinking brown sugar ginger tea nor applying warm uterus patches can effectively relieve the symptoms. So how can we cure it? Now I will introduce several clinically proven therapies.

1. Exercise method. For women with scanty menstruation, proper physical exercise can promote the shedding of the endometrium, which is beneficial for menstrual health care. For people with dysmenorrhea, it can reduce psychological pressure, eliminate mental tension, relieve the degree of uterine spasm, and help recovery from dysmenorrhea. Of course, physical exercise during menstruation should be carried out in a scientific manner. Usually the main activities are table tennis, gymnastics, boxing, cycling, jogging, etc. At the same time, attention should be paid to shortening the exercise time, slowing down the speed, reducing the amount of exercise, generally not feeling particularly tired.

2. Massage therapy. Acupoints: Jizhong, Xuanshu, Mingmen, Jiaji, Pishu, Tianshu, Wailing and Daju. Treatment method: First massage the back and waist, then massage the abdomen, and finally massage the lower limbs. First apply blood-activating medicine (such as medicated oil or medicated wine), drink the wine soaked with Ganoderma lucidum, and then massage. Use your fingers or the base of your palms to massage the 11th thoracic vertebra to the 2nd lumbar vertebra on the back and waist, and massage the muscles on both sides and the related Jizhong, Xuanshu, Mingmen, Jiaji, Pishu, Weishu, Sanjiaoshu, Shenshu, Zhishi and other acupoints; use your fists to lightly hit the tender areas on the back and waist; use your fingers to massage the painful muscles in the abdomen and the Shenque, Qihai, Guanyuan, Tianshu, Wailing, Daju and other acupoints; use your fingers to pinch the Yinbao, Xuehai, Sanyinjiao, Taichong and other acupoints on the limbs.

These methods can relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea to a certain extent. Patients may wish to try them. At the same time, they should also take good care of themselves during menstruation. If they persist, they will receive obvious results. However, the editor would like to remind female friends that when the condition is serious, they should go to the gynecological clinic for a detailed examination in time so that treatment can be carried out as soon as possible.
