1. Premature ovarian failure occurs. Some female friends experience poor follicular development due to premature ovarian failure. 2. Suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome. Polyovary syndrome is one of the reasons for poor follicular development. This condition is the most common cause of female friends not ovulating. 3. Pituitary problems. Poor development of female ovaries can lead to abnormal ovulation. Such as: pituitary prolactinoma, hyperprolactinemia, etc.

4. Hypothalamic anovulation occurs. Such as: primary organic/functional factors, secondary organic/functional lesions.

5. Abnormal functions of the thyroid gland and adrenal cortex may cause ovulation disorders, leading to poor follicle development.
