What kind of anti-inflammatory injection is good for pelvic inflammatory disease

Generally speaking, if pelvic inflammatory disease is not very serious, it can be treated with anti-inflammatory drugs, such as cephalosporins, levofloxacin, metronidazole, etc., which are all very good treatment drugs. This type of anti-inflammatory drug can greatly reduce the adverse effects of pelvic inflammatory disease on women's health. So what kind of anti-inflammatory injection is good for pelvic inflammatory disease? What else should we pay attention to besides using anti-inflammatory drugs?

Anti-inflammatory drugs such as metronidazole, levofloxacin or cephalosporins are used for treatment.

Metronidazole is mainly used to treat or prevent systemic or local infections caused by the above-mentioned anaerobic bacteria, such as anaerobic infections in the abdominal cavity, digestive tract, female reproductive system, lower respiratory tract, skin and soft tissue, bones and joints. It is also effective for sepsis, endocarditis, meningeal infection and colitis caused by the use of antibiotics. Tetanus is often treated with tetanus antitoxin (TAT). It can also be used for anaerobic oral infections.

Levofloxacin is suitable for the following infections caused by sensitive bacteria: urogenital system infections, including simple and complicated urinary tract infections, bacterial prostatitis, and gonorrheal Neisseria urethritis; respiratory tract infections, including acute attacks of bronchial infections and lung infections caused by sensitive Gram-negative bacilli; gastrointestinal infections caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, Aeromonas hydrophilica, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, etc.; typhoid fever; bone and joint infections; skin and soft tissue infections; systemic infections such as sepsis; and chronic bronchitis.

Cefuroxime is the general name for cephalosporin antibiotics. Cephalosporins are a class of antibiotics obtained by semi-synthetically modifying the side chains of natural cephalosporin C obtained by culturing Cephalosporin C as raw material. There are about 30 commonly used species, which are divided into one, two, three and four generations according to the time of their invention and their antibacterial properties. Do not use before or after drinking alcohol. Shock and fainting are very likely to occur, and the elderly may even be in danger of death. Cephalosporins can be distributed in various parts of the body, so they can be used when infection occurs in various tissues and organs as long as the pathogens are sensitive to cephalosporins. It is a bactericide that can kill bacteria if the concentration is sufficient. It is not like antibacterial agents such as tetracycline, erythromycin and chloramphenicol, which mainly inhibit bacterial growth at conventional doses. Therefore, cephalosporins can be used for more serious infections.
