5. Endometriosis: Endometriosis includes difficulty in ovulation, ovarian abnormalities, fallopian tube adhesions leading to fallopian tube blockage, etc. If the tissues in the pelvis adhere to each other and to the pelvic wall, successful pregnancy will be impossible.

6. Vaginal factors: Congenital factors such as hymen occlusion or vaginal septum cause obstruction or difficulty in sexual life, thereby affecting the entry of male sperm into the female reproductive system.
