TCM treatment of uterine prolapse

TCM treatment of uterine prolapse

There are many treatments for uterine prolapse, but I still recommend that you use traditional Chinese medicine for treatment, because the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine is very good. Not only that, traditional Chinese medicine treatment also puts less physical burden on patients, which has a positive effect on the patient's recovery. Let me give you a detailed introduction to the methods of traditional Chinese medicine in treating uterine prolapse. I hope everyone can always pay attention to their health.

TCM treatment options

In terms of drug treatment, the following combinations are possible:

Tonify Qi and blood: Codonopsis, Radix Angelicae Sinen ...

Regulating Qi: Pinellia ternata, Citrus aurantium, roasted Cimicifuga heracleifolia, Citrus aurantium chinense

Tonify the spleen and kidney: Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos

Kidney strengthening: wolfberry, dodder seed

Strengthen the kidneys and bones: Eucommia

I also advised Wang Yan to take a half-month leave to recuperate, during which time she should insist on doing more exercise every day and running less for the time being; she should strictly follow the daily living and dietary taboos and refuse anything that is not suitable for her physique. As a result, after a period of adjustment and nourishment, her many uncomfortable symptoms gradually disappeared, and her bloated lower abdomen also returned to calm. As for the location of the uterus? She had forgotten it long ago.

Do's and Don'ts for Conditioning

It is advisable to keep exercising:

The most ideal choice is swimming, because it can exercise muscles throughout the body, exercise the lungs, enhance blood circulation and promote metabolism. Rest when it is appropriate: save your energy and don't walk when you can stand, don't stand when you can sit, and don't insist on sitting when you can lie down. Let your vitality recover as soon as possible.

Avoid spicy food:

So as not to increase the burden on the stomach and increase the energy consumed by the liver in detoxification. Avoid cold fruits and vegetables:

Such as vegetables such as white radish, cabbage, white sprouts, and broccoli; and fruits such as watermelon and mangosteen, so as to avoid breaking the Qi and making the already weak Qi "leak in the rain".

One of the TCM recipes for treating uterine prolapse:

Western medicine calls it uterine prolapse, which is because the uterus descends from its normal position along the vagina to below the level of the ischial spine, and in severe cases, it protrudes out of the vaginal opening. Traditional Chinese medicine calls it "yin protrusion", "yin displacement" and "intestinal retention after delivery". Clinical diagnosis shows that it is caused by qi deficiency, kidney deficiency, dampness and heat.

1. Qi deficiency and uterine prolapse

The patient feels that a lump has fallen out of the vagina, the lower abdomen feels heavy and the vulva feels swollen. The symptoms worsen if the patient is tired or stands for too long. The patient also feels mentally fatigued, has palpitations and shortness of breath, loose stools, excessive leucorrhea, pale tongue, white fur and weak pulse.

Treatment principles: Replenish Qi and lift it up, while strengthening the kidneys.

Chinese medicine prescription:

30 grams of Astragalus, 20 grams of Codonopsis, 10 grams of Atractylodes, 6 grams of Cimicifuga, 5 grams of Bupleurum, 9 grams of Angelica, 10 grams of Cuscuta, and 6 grams of Roasted Licorice. Decoction in water.

2. Kidney deficiency and uterine prolapse

The patient suffered from vaginal dryness, sagging lower abdomen, sore waist and weak legs, dizziness and tinnitus, frequent urination, no leucorrhea, pale red tongue and deep and fine pulse.

Treatment principles: tonify the kidney and nourish blood, warm the yang and invigorate qi.

Chinese medicine prescription:

30 grams of Astragalus, 20 grams of Codonopsis, 5 grams of Bupleurum, 5 grams of Silkworm Cocoon, 10 grams of Angelica, 6 grams of Cimicifuga, 10 grams of Eucommia, 10 grams of Cornus, 10 grams of Cuscuta, and 6 grams of roasted Licorice. Decoction in water.

3. Damp-heat uterine prolapse

It is more common in severe prolapse, inability of the uterus to retract, dripping yellow water, lower abdominal pain, irritability and internal heat, bitter and dry mouth, loss of appetite, restless sleep, constipation, hot and red or painful urine, yellow and greasy tongue coating, and slippery and rapid pulse.

Treatment principle: clear away dampness and heat, assist with lifting and promoting.

Chinese medicine prescription:

10 grams of raw rehmannia, 9 grams of angelica, 10 grams of oriental rhizome, 10 grams of plantain seed, 10 grams of gardenia, 10 grams of scutellaria, 6 grams of cimicifuga, 10 grams of gentian, 9 grams of bupleurum, and 6 grams of roasted licorice. Decoction in water.

The above introduces some methods of traditional Chinese medicine for treating uterine prolapse. Uterine prolapse has a great impact on the patient's life. The patient will feel discomfort in all aspects of the body. In severe cases, it will also affect the patient's normal work and life. Therefore, it is necessary to treat it correctly as soon as possible, which is the most responsible approach for yourself. Finally, I wish all patients with uterine prolapse a speedy recovery.
