How to treat the situation where leucorrhea turns yellow-green?

Nowadays, more and more women are troubled by abnormal leucorrhea, and the abnormalities of leucorrhea are different in different groups of people. Today I will share with you the treatment method for yellow-green leucorrhea. Yellow-green leucorrhea is mostly caused by candidal vaginitis. Diseases like vaginitis must be treated promptly, because nowadays vaginitis can be said to be a very common disease that endangers women's health.

Fungal vaginitis is a vaginitis caused by infection with Candida albicans, a type of fungus. Mild infections may cause no symptoms. The most common symptoms are vulvar itching and increased vaginal discharge. The typical one is white tofu dregs-like and yellow-green in color. It can also form a layer of white film that adheres to the inside and outside of the labia minora and the vaginal mucosa.

The following points should be noted during treatment:

1. Once diagnosed, active treatment should be initiated to strive for a complete cure. Otherwise, the disease will be prolonged and recurrent, causing a lot of trouble to the patient.

2. Pay attention to personal hygiene, change underwear frequently, and wash used underwear, basins, towels, etc. with boiling water and dry them in the sun.

3. Antibiotics and hormone drugs should be used rationally, and those with diabetes should actively treat the primary disease.

4. The drug treatment for fungi is mainly local medication. Because mold is not easy to grow in an alkaline environment, the vulva and vagina can be flushed with an alkaline solution plus a 2% to 4% sodium bicarbonate solution, and then 100,000 to 200,000 units of nystatin tablets or suppositories can be inserted into the vagina.

5. People with recurrent fungal infections or those who cannot be cured for a long time should undergo a comprehensive body examination to rule out diabetes and other organ infections. At the same time, pay attention to the irrational use of antibiotics and hormone drugs. If necessary, you can take oral drugs such as nystatin and ketoconazole under the guidance of a doctor.

Paying attention to maintaining vaginal hygiene is helpful in improving abnormal leucorrhea, but the vagina should not be over-cleaned, because excessive cleaning of the vagina will destroy the balance of the vagina itself, thereby aggravating the condition of vaginitis. The editor recommends that patients use warm water to carefully clean the vulva every day, without the need to use disinfectant.
