2. Maintain a good posture, including standing, sitting and sleeping.

Standing posture: In the middle and late stages of pregnancy, you should avoid standing for long periods of time. Sit down or lie down if you feel any discomfort.

Sitting posture: Pregnant women can put a soft cushion on the back of the chair to relieve back pressure; and their feet can also be placed on a low stool to help blood circulation in the legs.

You can sleep on your side to reduce the burden on your waist and relieve discomfort. Placing a soft towel under your knees when sleeping can relieve pressure on your abdominal muscles.

3. Wearing shoes that fit comfortably can relieve the symptoms of back pain.

4. Don’t wear high heels, even wide-soled high heels with a wider support surface.
