1. Posture: Tuck your hips in, slightly lean your shoulders back, relax your arms, raise your head, and tuck your chin in. Always maintain a good posture to avoid back pain.

2. Exercise method to relieve fatigue and prevent back pain: Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and the soles of your feet flat on the ground. At the same time, contract your lower abdominal muscles to lift your buttocks slightly off the floor, and then put them down. Control your breathing while exercising. First inhale through your nostrils, then slowly exhale through your mouth. When exhaling, press your back to the ground to contract your abdomen. Relax your back and abdomen and then inhale. After exhaling, you will feel that your back is flatter than before.

3. Stretching exercises: Helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and stretch the thigh muscles. Sit on the floor, cross your feet at the ankles and gently push your knees down, or bring the soles of your feet together and gently press down on your knees. Frequency: Twice a day, twenty times each time.

4. Lie flat on your back with your hands at your sides and do a clearing breath. Slowly lift your right leg and stretch your toes forward while slowly inhaling through your nostrils, making sure your knees are straight. Then bend your foot upward and slowly lower your right leg back to the ground while exhaling through your mouth. Then do the same movement with your left leg. Pay attention to your inhale and exhale. It should be coordinated with the raising and lowering of the legs. When raising the legs, the toes should be stretched forward as far as possible. When lowering the legs, the soles of the feet should be bent upwards and the knees should be kept straight. Do this five times for each foot.

5. Lie flat on your back with your arms and body stretched out at right angles. Do a "clearing breath," which means taking a deep breath and exhaling forcefully. Slowly lift your right leg and stretch your toes forward. At the same time, inhale through your nostrils and exhale through your mouth while bending your foot upward. At the same time, stretch your right leg outward to the right side. Slowly lower your right leg so that it is close to your right arm. Then straighten your toes forward again, inhale through your nostrils and raise your right leg, then exhale through your mouth while lowering your right leg back to its original position on the floor. Do the same with your left leg, making sure the leg that is not raised remains flat on the ground. Do each leg three times.
