Avoid scratching, alcohol and irritating food; to prevent the consequences of vulvar itching from affecting one's life, women should avoid scratching, rubbing, and washing with hot water; appropriately use sedatives, safety drugs, and antihistamines to adjust emotions, reduce anxiety and tension, and relieve itching; use antipruritic drugs topically.

3. You can take 150mg of Diflucan orally, use Canesten vaginally, or use 2% soda water to wash the vulva, and insert nystatin into the vagina for treatment. Avoid sexual intercourse during treatment and change underwear frequently.

Don't eat irritating food, don't smoke or drink, try to maintain adequate sleep, develop good sleeping habits, and don't eat junk food.
