Cystoscopy and treatment in women

Cystoscopy and treatment in women

Many diseases in life require bladder examination, such as common urinary tract infections, bladder inflammation, etc. These diseases require bladder examination, and the methods are different. In the next article, we will learn about female cystoscopy, methods and processes.

1. Treatment

The treatment of UTI should be based on certain important clinical pharmacological principles and the rational use of antibiotics. For superficial mucosal infections such as cystitis, urinary tract antibiotics can easily reach effective concentrations, which means they are easy to cure, and blood drug concentrations are relatively less important. Therefore, penicillin cannot be used for Escherichia coli and Proteus infections outside the urinary tract, but is effective for cystitis caused by these bacteria. Similarly, tetracycline can reach effective antibacterial concentrations in the urinary tract but not in serum and tissues. It can be used to treat infections caused by drug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria, including deep tissue infections, kidney and prostate infections. The infected area also requires effective drug concentrations. In addition, the effective blood drug concentration is also beneficial. It is advocated that bactericides are more effective than antibacterial agents or that the two drugs are used in combination, rather than single drug treatment. Whether these views are correct remains to be determined, but experimental models of pyelonephritis have shown that immediately reducing intrarenal concentrations and quickly obtaining effective antibacterial treatment are equally important in preventing renal pelvic scarring and should be given special attention.

The goal of treating UTI is to prevent or treat systemic sepsis, alleviate symptoms, eliminate isolated foci of infection, eliminate urinary tract pathogens from intestinal and vaginal flora, and prevent long-term complications. It should also be done at the lowest cost, with the fewest side effects and the least possibility of producing resistant flora. Choosing different drugs to treat different UTIs can achieve the best effect in achieving the above goals. Common treatments for urinary tract infections include:

1. Acute uncomplicated cystitis in young women Healthy multiparous women with symptomatic lower urinary tract infection (such as dysuria, frequent urination, urgency, nocturia, discomfort above the pubic symphysis) without symptoms and signs of vaginitis (foul vaginal discharge, vulvar itching, dyspareunia, only dysuria without frequent urination and vulvovaginitis)

In the above article, we learned about female cystoscopy. First of all, you can choose relevant methods according to your usual physical condition for treatment, especially female cystoscopy, which can detect various inflammations in the body and prevent physical diseases.
