Grade III: A small amount of vaginal bacilli and squamous epithelium, but a relatively large number of miscellaneous bacteria and white blood cells, indicating milder vaginal inflammation.

Grade IV: There are no vaginal bacilli, only a few epithelial cells, a large number of white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria. It indicates relatively severe vaginal inflammation, such as candidal vaginitis and Trichomonas vaginitis.

Leucorrhea examination disease

1. Purulent leucorrhea: The leucorrhea is yellow or yellow-green in color, pus-like, and has a foul odor. It is usually caused by infection, and is common in Trichomonas vaginitis, chronic cervicitis, vaginitis, endometritis, etc.

2. Colorless, transparent, mucous leucorrhea: The appearance is similar to the normal leucorrhea during the ovulation period, with a large amount, and is commonly seen after the use of estrogen drugs.

3. Bloody leucorrhea: If the leucorrhea is stained with blood, you should be alert to malignant tumors such as cervical cancer and uterine cancer. Benign lesions such as cervical polyps, severe chronic cervicitis, intrauterine contraceptive devices, senile vaginitis, and submucosal uterine fibroids may also have this symptom.

4. Tofu-like leucorrhea: It is a characteristic of candidal vaginitis.

5. Yellow watery leucorrhea: mostly caused by necrosis of diseased tissue, commonly seen in cervical cancer, submucosal uterine fibroids, fallopian tube cancer, etc.

6. Purulent and bloody leucorrhea: a characteristic of amoebic vaginitis.

After understanding the cleanliness of gynecological leucorrhea examination, women should know about this examination when they want to understand whether their bodies are healthy.
