The ingredient of Kangfuxin Liquid is the dried body extract of American cockroach. The American cockroach can be used to treat cervical erosion, condyloma acuminatum surgery, candidal vaginitis (in combination with antifungal drugs), dressing changes for postpartum infections, wound repair after gynecological minimally invasive surgery, and other gynecological diseases.

When used in the treatment of gynecological diseases, the polyether polyols and titanium active substances obtained from the dried bodies of American cockroaches in the Kangfuxin Liquid contain 18 kinds of amino acids. It has the functions of promoting the growth of neonatal granuloma tissue, promoting blood vessel regeneration, improving wound blood circulation, and repairing ulcer wounds. It can also achieve the purpose of antibacterial and anti-infection by inhibiting the production of bacterial proteins and RNA, relieving local inflammatory sensations, reducing extravasation, and promoting wound healing.

However, it should be noted that when Kangfuxin Liquid is used for wound treatment, the wound should be cleaned and disinfected with saline, hydrogen peroxide or antibiotic solution before use. When the wound is large, antibiotics should be used in combination for treatment.
