How to calculate the safe period of menstruation

How to calculate the safe period of menstruation

There are many different calculation methods for calculating the safe period of menstruation. However, the most common method is still the calculation method. It is said that there is a body temperature method, but it is a bit difficult and not as convenient as the calculation method. The safe menstrual period is crucial for sexual life. Whether you want to have a baby or want to prevent pregnancy, you must calculate the safe period for women. The safe menstrual period is easy to control, and anyone who has studied mathematics and has some experience will know it.

Women's menstrual cycles vary in length, but the interval between ovulation and the start of the next menstruation is relatively fixed, usually around 14 days. The calculation method is to count from the first day of the next menstrual period, and count down 14 days or subtract 14 days to get the ovulation day. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after the ovulation day are called the ovulation period. For example, a woman's menstrual cycle is 28 days, and the first day of this menstruation is December 2nd. Then the next menstruation will be on December 30th (December 2nd plus 28 days). Then subtract 14 days from December 30th, and December 16th is the ovulation day. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after it, that is, from December 11th to 20th is the ovulation period.

In addition, in the menstrual cycle, except the menstrual period and ovulation period, the rest of the time is the safe period. So there is a safe period before ovulation and a safe period after ovulation in the menstrual cycle. In fact, this is also the theoretical basis of the safe period contraceptive method. However, to calculate the ovulation period using this method, you must first know the length of your menstrual cycle in order to calculate the exact time of the next menstrual period, and then calculate the ovulation period. Therefore, this method is only suitable for women with normal menstrual cycles. For women with irregular menstrual cycles, it is impossible to calculate the date of the next menstrual period. Therefore, it is impossible to calculate the ovulation day and ovulation period.

When talking about the safe period, it is inevitable to link it with sex life. If you want to have a good sex life, you must master the safe period. Avoid unwanted consequences such as abortion, which are also extremely harmful to women's bodies. If you want a perfect family and want to add more people to your family, you must understand the safe period and avoid it to ensure that sperm can enter the female body without hindrance and create a life.
