(1) VAC regimen: vincristine 1.5 mg/m2, intravenous injection, on days 1 and 8; dactinomycin or dactinomycin D (dactinomycin) 400-600 μg/m2, intravenous injection, on days 1 to 4; cyclophosphamide 300 mg/m2, intravenous injection, on days 1, 4, and 8. It has been reported that this regimen can prolong survival by 4 to 5 times in the treatment of pelvic sarcoma (Rivard, 1975).

(2) ADIC regimen: doxorubicin (adriamycin) 60 mg/m2, intravenous drip, day 1; dacarbazine (dacarbazine) (DTIC) 250 mg/m2, intravenous drip, days 1 to 5. The effective rate is 42% (Beretta, 1983).

(3) CYVADIC regimen: cyclophosphamide 500 mg/m2, intravenous drip, day 2; vincristine 1.5 mg/m2, intravenous injection, days 1 and 8; dacarbazine (carbazine) 250 mg/m2, intravenous drip, day 2. The treatment interval is 4 weeks. The effective rate is 47%.

2. For patients with localized malignant lymphoma, surgical resection is performed first, followed by chemotherapy. The commonly used regimen is

(1) COP regimen: cyclophosphamide 800 mg/m2. , intravenous injection, on the 1st and 15th days; Vincristine 1.4mg/㎡, intravenous injection, on the 1st day; Prednisone 100mg, oral, on the 1st to 5th days. Repeat 1 course of treatment every 3 weeks. The effectiveness rate is over 80% (Pan Qichao, 1989).

(2) CHOP regimen: cyclophosphamide 750 mg/m2. Intravenous drip, day 1; doxorubicin (adriamycin) 50 mg/㎡, intravenous drip, day 1; vincristine 1.4 mg/㎡, intravenous injection, day 1; prednisone (prednisone) 100 mg, oral, day 1 to 5. Repeat one course of treatment for 3 weeks, and the effective rate is over 90%.

3. Radiotherapy for soft tissue sarcoma is beneficial after radical surgery to supplement radiotherapy, which can reduce the local recurrence rate after surgery, and combined with chemotherapy can also achieve short-term cure.
