Foods high in zinc include: cabbage, radish, lentils, and eggplant. Foods high in iron include: spinach, carrots, celery, and cucumbers. Foods high in calcium include rapeseed, celery, soybeans and their products. You can also eat more mushrooms, fungus, day lily, kelp, lotus root, etc.

Bean Foods

It is the main source of plant protein, especially soy protein, which is rich in linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid for fetal growth, and also contains more calcium, iron and B vitamins. There are many kinds of soy products, all of which are edible. Bean sprouts are rich in vitamin C, which can increase the toughness and elasticity of blood vessel walls and prevent postpartum hemorrhage. They are also rich in cellulose, which can moisturize the intestines and prevent constipation.
