Why do I bleed every time I ovulate?

Why do I bleed every time I ovulate?

Ovulation is a relatively normal physiological phenomenon in women. This phenomenon occurs because women need to discharge eggs to make the eggs fertilized, so people are more concerned about the phenomenon of ovulation. However, some women will experience abnormal ovulation, which is a reaction to physical illness. For example, bleeding during every ovulation period. Let’s take a look at the introduction of why bleeding occurs during every ovulation period.

Before and after ovulation, due to the fluctuation of hormone secretion in women's bodies, a small amount of uterine bleeding will occur. This condition is medically called ovulation bleeding. Some women mistakenly believe it is irregular menstruation. But generally speaking, the bleeding is less, the color is dark purple, occasionally light red, and some are only brown secretions. It will stop on its own in about 2-3 days and no more than 4-5 days.

Possible symptoms of ovulation bleeding:

1. Uterine bleeding: During the menstrual cycle with ovulation, uterine bleeding occurs during the ovulation period. The amount of bleeding is small, and sometimes it is only brown secretions. It usually stops on its own in 2 or 3 days, and the longest time is 7 days.

2. Abdominal pain: Periodic pain between menstruation, which can be mild or severe, usually lasts for several hours, and in some patients it can last for 2 or 3 days.

3. Infertility: It may be caused by cessation of sexual life due to ovulation bleeding, resulting in missed opportunity for conception. Note: Generally there are no obvious positive signs. The diagnosis can be confirmed by diagnostic curettage, basal body temperature measurement (basal body temperature is biphasic, and bleeding occurs when low and high temperatures change), and laparoscopy. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is needed. If the bleeding is heavy or affects fertility, medication can be used for treatment.

From the above introduction, bleeding during every ovulation period is a threat to women's health, so female friends must attach great importance to this phenomenon. First, go to the hospital for a physical examination to see if there are any abnormal conditions in their bodies, such as uterine bleeding, infertility and other diseases, and then seek treatment.
