What is the relationship between them? The following is a detailed introduction so that you can have some understanding of such issues and know what is going on.

Relationship between ovulation and body temperature:

In order to find the ovulation day accurately, everyone has taken great pains. Many people don't know whether the ovulation day is the day with the highest or lowest body temperature. Is the body temperature high or low during ovulation?

Generally speaking, a woman's basal body temperature will rise as soon as ovulation begins. The day of ovulation is the day when the body temperature rises from the low temperature range to the high temperature range, which is exactly at the turning point.

After the egg is released from the ovary, it can survive in the fallopian tube for 1-2 days, waiting for fertilization; the male's sperm can maintain its fertilization ability in the female's reproductive tract for 2-3 days, so it is easy to get pregnant through sexual intercourse a few days before and after the egg is released. To be on the safe side, we call the 5 days before and 4 days after ovulation, together with the ovulation day, a total of 10 days, the ovulation period.

The basal body temperature of a normal ovulating woman is in the low temperature period, which lasts for about two weeks, from the onset of menstruation to the ovulation date; the high temperature period is from the ovulation date to the next menstruation date, with the body temperature rising by 0.3 to 0.5°C, which also lasts for two weeks. Ovulation usually occurs before or during the rise in body temperature. The easiest time to get pregnant (the best time to conceive) is 3 days before and 4 days after ovulation.

The quality of the egg can be roughly judged based on the body temperature during ovulation. If the high temperature period during ovulation is longer, lasting 13-14 days, it means that the egg quality is good and it is easier to get pregnant during this period.

After understanding the relationship between ovulation and body temperature, we know that body temperature will change during ovulation. Women are more likely to conceive at this time, so getting pregnant at this time is the best choice. At the same time, women should also pay attention to their diet during ovulation, and reduce the choice of greasy food to avoid affecting their pregnancy.
