Standard weight for girls 1.52 meters tall

Standard weight is one of the important indicators that reflect and consider a person's health status. Being too fat or too thin is not good for your health, and it is not easy to give people a sense of fitness. Many statistical data on different body types show that a relatively ideal and simple indicator of normal weight can be expressed by the relationship between height and weight.

2. Optimized calculation method for standard body weight of girls:

(1) World Health Organization calculation method:

Female: (height cm - 70) specific 60﹪ = standard weight

For example, if a woman is 165cm tall, her standard weight is: (165cm-70) specific 60﹪=57kg

(2) Simple calculation method:

Standard weight = height (m) x specific height (m) x specific standard index value (20 for women and 22 for men)

For example, if a woman is 1.65m tall, then her standard weight = 1.65(m) x 1.65(m) x 20 = 54.45kg.

The BMI index (Body Mass Index, collectively referred to as BMI) is a number calculated by dividing the weight in kg by the height in meters per square meter. It is a standard used worldwide to measure the body's fatness and health.

When we need to compare and analyze the health effects of a person's weight on people of different heights, the BMI value is a neutral and reliable indicator.

Standard weight calculation method: height (cm) - 105 = standard weight (kg). For example, for a girl who is 158cm tall, it is enough to control her weight to around 53kg. If her weight is below 48kg, she is thin. If her weight is above 63kg, she is overweight.

Based on the girl's height and weight, we can calculate the BMI body mass index. The BMI body mass index calculation method is: body mass index BMI = weight/height per square meter (standard unit kg/㎡).

Therefore, the standard weight for a girl who is 152cm tall is 47kg. In fact, being overweight and underweight both have adverse effects on physical health. Being overweight can cause some basic metabolic symptoms, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and high cholesterol. Some people may even develop mental illness.

If the weight is too low, it will also harm the health of the body. First of all, it will lead to malnutrition, hypoglycemia, anemia, loss of vitality and other problems. Some people lose their appetite because of the desire to lose weight, and even suffer from anorexia.
