Treatment: (1) Oral administration: Itraconazole capsules (trade name: Sporanox), 0.2, once a day for 7 consecutive days; (2) Topical application: Compound Daconazole ointment, applied twice a day for 2 weeks; Disulfide lotion (trade name: Hillson), wash every other day for 2 weeks.

Disulfide lotion, trade name: Hillson, wash the affected area once every other day. Its properties are like shampoo. First squeeze out some and make it into foam, apply it to the affected area, leave it on for 2-3 minutes before washing it off. Use it for 2 consecutive weeks. If you can't buy Hillson, you can buy: Celexa lotion (chemical name: ketoconazole lotion).
