Both men and women should pay special attention to women's menstrual cycle. As a woman, of course you need to understand your own physical condition, and as a man, you need to be able to provide some help to your future girlfriend or lover. Whether male or female, most of the time they don’t understand the situation, so let me explain it to you. 1. Menstruation Menstruation is also called menstrual bleeding. Normal menstruation means the duration of menstruation (usually 3-5 days, but 2-7 is also generally accepted). The average blood loss during menstruation is 35 ml, and 10-80 ml is also normal. Some women also find that they experience a discharge of tissue from the uterine lining mixed with blood during their menstrual period, which is also normal. Plasmin in the endometrium tends to inhibit blood clotting. 2. Follicular phase Under the influence of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), five to seven follicles in the third stage are adequately supplied and enter the next menstrual cycle. These follicles, which are in the prime time of their lives after going through a series of folliculogenesis programs, begin to compete with each other for dominant dominance. Under the influence of the signal cascade caused by LH, these follicles begin to release estradiol, which gradually inhibits the secretion of FSH by the pituitary gland. While estradiol inhibits the pituitary gland from secreting follicle-stimulating hormone, it also adds some follicle-stimulating hormone receptors to the follicle that has already gained dominant status, making it easier for it to absorb follicle-stimulating hormone. 3. Ovulation After the egg matures, it begins to secrete a large amount of estradiol, which causes the pituitary gland to violently release luteinizing hormone. This release occurs on average around the 12th day of your period and lasts for about 48 hours. The release of luteinizing hormone causes the egg to mature and begins to weaken the follicle membrane in the ovary. The result of this process is ovulation: the release of a mature egg (the egg is the largest cell in the human body, about 0.1 mm in diameter). The ovulation date is calculated by subtracting 16 days from the number of days in the menstrual cycle. For example, if the cycle is 28 days, the ovulation date is the 12th day, while if the cycle is 30 days, the ovulation date is the 14th day. 4. Luteal phase The corpus luteum is a solid substance that is formed in the ovary as the follicle continues to grow and divide after ovulation. After ovulation, the remaining follicle is transformed into a corpus luteum with the help of the pituitary gland. Men and women, do you understand? Do you know that this is a very complicated period? Girls should not underestimate these days of menstruation. In fact, subtle changes are taking place in the body, so you should pay more attention to your body. Men, do you know why your loved ones are suffering? Take better care of them in your life! |
