How to care for moderate gynecological inflammation

After the age of 25, women's body functions will gradually decline, so women's competitiveness in many opportunities will decrease after the age of 25, especially after giving birth, their body functions will decline even more. Therefore, many women after giving birth do not pay attention to the hygiene of their private parts and are prone to gynecological diseases. However, many people are shy to see a doctor after getting gynecological diseases, which makes their illness worse. So how should you care if you have moderate gynecological inflammation?

During the menstrual period, the endometrium is shed, a wound is formed on the uterus, the cervix opens slightly, and menstrual blood is a good nutrient for bacteria. In addition, the body's resistance is weaker during menstruation, the brain's excitability is reduced, and it is easy to catch cold or suffer from other diseases. Therefore, during the menstrual period, special attention should be paid to the following aspects:

(1) You can work and labor as usual during your menstrual period, but you should avoid strenuous exercise such as playing ball, swimming, running, outdoor work, or heavy physical labor such as carrying heavy objects, so as to avoid excessive menstrual bleeding, prolonged menstruation, or amenorrhea. In terms of diet and daily life, do not eat or eat less sour, spicy, raw, cold and other irritating foods. Drink more water to keep your bowel movements smooth. Avoid getting caught in rain, wading, taking cold showers, and soaking your lower limbs in water for long periods of time. Stay optimistic and cheerful and avoid mood swings.

(2) Sexual activity is prohibited.

(3) Keep the vulva clean and avoid taking baths in a tub to prevent dirty water from entering the vagina and causing inflammation. Use soft, clean, disinfected toilet paper or cotton and change it frequently. Menstrual belts and underwear should be changed and washed frequently.

During menstruation, due to the contraction of the uterus and the discharge of menstrual blood, it is normal to have mild back pain and abdominal pain. If the pain is severe, you should consider dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea is caused by the violent contractions of the uterus caused by prostaglandins synthesized by the endometrium. If the pain is not severe, you need to pay more attention to keeping warm during menstruation and avoid all raw, cold, indigestible and irritating foods to relieve the pain. If the pain is severe and lasts for a long time, some gynecological diseases cannot be ruled out, such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids and pelvic inflammatory disease, which can also aggravate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea. You need to go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis before considering treatment.

Friends who have gynecological diseases should not feel embarrassed to talk about it. For doctors, there is not much difference between these diseases and those diseases. Therefore, friends should abandon their shyness, actively seek treatment, and take good care of themselves so that they can have a healthy body.
