Causes of menstrual pain

Many female friends experience menstrual pain in their lives. There are many reasons for menstrual pain. Everyone needs to know the cause, which will help with treatment. Women's bodies are more susceptible to invasion by germs, so women must pay attention to their health. Everyone should know more about the causes of menstrual pain so that prevention can be better.

Menstrual pain in female friends may be a symptom of some gynecological diseases, so everyone must pay attention to the occurrence of irregular menstruation. Don’t think that irregular menstruation has no harm. If it continues for a long time, it will cause great harm to the uterus.

There are many factors that cause dysmenorrhea, the most common ones are as follows:

1. Cervical stenosis is mainly caused by obstruction of menstrual outflow, which causes dysmenorrhea.

2. Uterine hypoplasia Poor uterine development is prone to abnormal blood supply, causing uterine ischemia and hypoxia and causing dysmenorrhea.

3. Abnormal position of the uterus. If a woman's uterus is extremely retroflexed or anteflexed, it may affect the smooth flow of menstrual blood and cause dysmenorrhea.

4. Psychological and neurological factors: Some women are overly sensitive to pain.

5. Genetic factors: A daughter's dysmenorrhea is related to her mother's dysmenorrhea.

6. Endocrine factors: Abdominal pain during menstruation is related to the increase of progesterone in the luteal phase.

7. The content of prostaglandins (PG) in the endometrium and menstrual blood increases, and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) acts on uterine muscle fibers to cause them to contract and cause dysmenorrhea. The prostaglandin content in the endometrial tissue of menstrual patients is significantly increased compared with that of women with normal uterine function.

8. Excessive contraction of the uterus. Although the uterine contraction pressure of patients with dysmenorrhea is basically the same as that of normal women (normal pressure is about 4.9Kpa), the uterine contraction lasts longer and is often difficult to relax completely, so dysmenorrhea occurs due to excessive uterine contraction.

The above information introduces the causes of menstrual pain to you. I believe that after reading it, you will have a better understanding of irregular menstruation. Menstrual irregularities are very common. Female friends should not think that they can ignore it. This symptom needs to be taken seriously. Any abnormal physical condition should be treated promptly.
