Seven types of women are more likely to suffer from dysmenorrhea

Dysmenorrhea in women is a common phenomenon. Many female friends suffer from dysmenorrhea due to bad living habits, which can easily lead to gynecological diseases in the long run. Medical science shows that some people are particularly prone to dysmenorrhea. So how can women with those physiques improve their physiques?

1. High work pressure

Long-term overload of work will keep women's nerves in a tense environment, causing them to be overly sensitive to pain.

2. Nervous and bad temper

Many women have this feeling. Every time they get excited or angry, they feel suffocated, short of breath, and difficulty breathing. The reason is that once a person loses his temper, a toxin will be released in the body. This toxin can kill a cow in one second. It not only causes the blood in the human body to speed up, but also changes some normal mechanisms in the body, making your pain worse!

3. Irregular work and rest schedule

White-collar workers are busy with work and their daily routines are reversed, so overwork is a common occurrence. These are all important reasons leading to irregular menstruation.

4. Dress beautifully

In winter, many girls still wear very thin clothes, in order to look good and "prefer style over warmth". But gradually I found that my menstruation no longer came on time. Sometimes it came once every one or two months, and the amount of menstruation was much less than before. It was accompanied by severe dysmenorrhea, and I even vomited when the pain was severe. In fact, if women catch a cold during menstruation, the blood vessels in the pelvis will constrict, leading to ovarian dysfunction, which can cause too little menstrual flow or even amenorrhea.

5. Poor eating habits

White-collar workers are under great work pressure, overthinking, having children later and later, having no time to eat well, blindly dieting to lose weight, and liking heavy food, etc. These are the culprits of menstrual disorders.

6. Introversion and loneliness

For women of childbearing age, if they are under long-term stress, excessive fear, sadness, sudden changes in living environment, strong desire to become pregnant and intense ideological struggles, etc., these can affect the function of the ovaries, causing the ovaries to no longer secrete female estrogen and progesterone and to no longer ovulate, and menstruation will begin to become disordered. Studies have found that women with anxious, introverted, withdrawn, overthinking personalities and ovarian insufficiency are more likely to experience amenorrhea under adverse psychological stimulation.

7. Addiction to alcohol and cigarettes

Certain components and alcohol in smoke can interfere with physiological processes related to menstruation and cause menstrual disorders. Among women who smoke and drink excessively, 25%-32% go to the hospital for treatment due to irregular menstruation. Among women who smoke more than one pack of cigarettes a day or drink more than 100 mg of strong liquor, the incidence of irregular menstruation is three times that of women who do not smoke or drink.
