Give your breasts a break. Studies have shown that women who wear bras for more than 10 hours a day have a significantly increased risk of breast disease. Take off your bra before going to bed and give your breasts a break on weekends.

Exercise more and massage more often. Exercising for at least half an hour every day, such as walking, swimming, etc., can prevent breast disease. Massage can make the breasts firmer. The method is: lie on the bed, start from the area around the breasts, and press gently in a circular motion towards the nipples, first clockwise, then counterclockwise, until the breast skin turns slightly red. Finally, pull up the nipples 5 to 10 times in a row, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Check yourself frequently to detect the disease early. Women over 40 should have a breast exam every year. Women aged 18 to 40 should perform self-examination every month, and the best time is 9 to 11 days after menstruation. The correct method is: stand up, put your left fingers together, press the right breast clockwise from the nipple with your fingertips, and slide in a circular spiral, gradually making three or four circles outwards, and then switch to the other side in the same way.
