This is because during ovulation, a woman's estrogen and progesterone levels drop rapidly, but progesterone has not yet secreted enough estrogen and estrogen, so a woman's body temperature during ovulation is the lowest. 2. After a girl ovulates, the levels of estrogen and progesterone metabolized by the corpus luteum begin to rise, and the level of estrogen increases rapidly and gradually reaches a peak. Estrogen can act on women's specific immune nerve center, causing women's body temperature to rise, increasing by 0.3-0.5℃ within 2-3 days.
