What do I need to bring to build a file in three months?

Many pregnant women know that they need to go to the hospital to get a medical record in the third month of pregnancy. Most of today's pregnant women have a relatively detailed and scientific approach to pregnancy, so prenatal check-up and card creation are naturally something that must be done. Many pregnant women actually do not understand how to create a prenatal check-up card. So, what do you need to bring to create a registration within three months?

What valid documents should I bring to get a card within three months?

Now you are three months pregnant. If you want to go to the hospital for a check-up, just bring your ID and household registration booklet. You should make an appointment with the obstetrics department. They will undertake a comprehensive inspection before giving you a health card. If you go to create a registration, it is okay without valid documents, you only need to bring all the orders that you have checked before. Need to be on an empty stomach. Some hospitals have obstetrics departments and some hospitals have gynecology departments. You come to the hospital outpatient department and you have been consulting.

What are the steps to create a prenatal check-up card?

Step 1: Make an appointment

1. Wait in a long line to get the inspection number (it is best to go before 7:00, as there will be many people later.)

2. Make an appointment

Step 2: Waiting Room

1. After registering, go to the obstetrics and gynecology clinic on the first floor and wait. There is a scale in front of the seat. Measure your weight first and remember the data (the nurse will ask you about it later).

2. When the nurse comes, give her your medical record card, completed report form, appointment registration form, and editor.

3. When the nurse calls your name, she will ask you about your weight (see Step 2, Stage 1), height, and measure your blood pressure.

4. Then sit and wait at the door of the obstetrics and gynecology clinic that matches your card (wait for the doctor inside to call your name).

Step 3: Seek medical attention

1. The doctor will understand the relevant conditions (medical records, etc.) according to the contents of the report you filled out previously.

2. If you are 14 weeks pregnant, the doctor will ask you whether you need to check for Down's syndrome (note: "checking for Down's syndrome" is allowed). If necessary, fill out a form and sign it.

3. After the doctor finishes asking questions, go inside for examination.

The new items include: listening to fetal heartbeats, measuring pelvic width and gynecological examination, as well as sleeping on the side and measuring the width from the abdomen to the back.

4. Next, the doctor will give you a check-up process sheet for creating a card and write you all the information that needs to be checked. You can go home after the check-up is completed.

Step 4: Check

1. Go to the checkout counter first and pay for all the orders for the card inspection items.

2. The small secretion test order must be picked up on site, the urine test order can be picked up after 20 minutes, the blood test order does not need to be picked up by yourself, the electrocardiogram test is quick, and the Down syndrome result needs to be picked up after two weeks (within 14 working days). If you need to do an ultrasound, you need to go to the ultrasound room to make an appointment.

Step 5: Follow-up

1. After completing the above four steps, hand in the order (examination form) for secretion test, urine test and electrocardiogram test to the doctor, who will keep a record.

2. The doctor will explain the time of the next check-up, the course content and time of the training course during the first prenatal check-up when setting up the card.
