As a member of the female team, have you ever rushed to see a gynecologist but had a wasted trip? Was it because you were not fasting or because you had your period? A complete menstrual cycle includes the follicular phase and the luteal phase. The "standard" menstrual cycle in textbooks is 28 days, with bleeding for 5-6 days, but it is not actually that strict.
