The first "Alzheimer's Family Living Condition Survey Report" released in 2020 shows that 80% of caregivers have to take care of patients all the time, and 60% to 70% of caregivers' own social life and sleep are affected. 1. Accept the reality: Since we cannot change the display, we should face it calmly.

2. Take care of yourself first: The caregiver must be fully prepared mentally and physically.

4. Maintain a social circle (talk and communicate): Do not completely give up your social circle to care for the patient.

5. Keep exercising: Release your negative emotions through exercise.

6. Knowledge recharge: With the help of social support systems, timely learn and share nursing knowledge and skills, establish correct care concepts, improve one's own physical and mental health, and improve the quality of life of patients.
