Is low back pain caused by kidney deficiency? Here is the answer!

Kidney deficiency and kidney disease are not the same thing. In the field of Western medicine, there is no such thing as kidney deficiency. Kidney disease refers to the lesions of the kidney, which can be confirmed by some testing methods.

Low back pain is usually not kidney pain. The kidneys only have pain nerves in their outer capsule and ureters, but no pain nerves are distributed in the renal parenchyma. Therefore, only when urinary stones, urinary tract infections, perirenal abscesses, polycystic kidneys, renal tumors and other conditions occur, which pull and stimulate the pain nerves on the capsule, will pain occur and symptoms of low back pain appear. These situations can be confirmed through urine routine tests and B-ultrasound or CT scans. Other low back pain has nothing to do with the kidneys. Low back pain is more common in lumbar muscle strain, lumbar degenerative changes, lumbar disc herniation, osteoporosis, lumbar sprain, spinal inflammation or tumors, etc.
