24-hour urine collection method:

1. Prepare the container: Prepare a clean large container with a lid.

2. Retain urine: Urine at 7 am on the first day and discard it. Starting from the second urination, all urine for one day and one night should be retained in the container until the urine at 7 am on the second day (or the first urination) is also retained in the container.

3. Submission for inspection: Shake well, weigh the total weight of urine, and take 100 ml for inspection.

Note: Avoid collecting urine during menstruation.

Urinalysis collection method:

Before doing a routine urine test, take the first urine in the morning as the standard, keep the vulva clean, collect the midstream urine of the first urine as the urine sample, and take 5 to 10 ml and place it in the catheter.

Note: 1. Avoid collecting urine during menstruation to prevent vaginal secretions from mixing into urine, which may affect the test results.

2. The urine specimen must be fresh and must be sent for examination within 2 hours after collection. Leaving urine for too long can lead to the destruction of white blood cells and casts, the decomposition of glucose by bacteria, and cell lysis, thus affecting the accuracy of the test results.

Nutcracker syndrome·Supine test:

1. Supine urine: In the morning, when you are not active, keep 20 ml of clean midstream urine in a clean container for testing.

2. Standing urination: After activity, stand against a wall half an hour before urinating, with your heels together and your hands raised above your head. After half an hour, leave 20 ml of clean midstream urine in a clean container for testing.

Tacrolimus (FK506):

Patients taking FK506 should take the medicine 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals (on an empty stomach), with a 12-hour interval between two doses, and blood drug concentrations need to be monitored. One day before the follow-up examination, the patient must take the medicine as usual, and blood should be drawn on an empty stomach (no water or drugs) on the morning of the follow-up examination to measure blood drug concentrations.

Note: FK506 requires a certain concentration to achieve its maximum effect. Too high a concentration will lead to more adverse reactions, while too low a concentration may not achieve a good therapeutic effect.
