Will I have miscarriage at 10 days of pregnancy?

I had sex recently, and now I found out that I am pregnant. The time between sex should be ten days. Miscarriage is harmful to the body. I hope to use the best method. If I choose to have an abortion at this time, which method should I use? Will I have a miscarriage after 10 days of pregnancy? What are the symptoms of miscarriage after 10 days of pregnancy?

Pregnancy 10 days will not cause miscarriage

Medical abortion is possible at 10 days of pregnancy, but first it is necessary to determine whether it is an intrauterine pregnancy. Pregnancy can be detected with test strips at 10 days, but it cannot be detected with ultrasound. Before the abortion surgery, a color ultrasound examination must be performed to confirm whether it is an intrauterine pregnancy. Within 49 days of pregnancy, if it is confirmed that the pregnancy is intrauterine, medical abortion is recommended. You can take mifepristone and miso under the guidance of a doctor.

The best time for medical abortion is less than 49 days of pregnancy, which is within one and a half months after menopause. Because the uterus is not very large at this time, there is not much pregnancy tissue and the fetus is also small. Relatively speaking, the risk factors of medical abortion will be reduced if it is performed within the optimal time. However, you need to stay in the hospital to observe whether the pregnancy tissue is completely discharged, otherwise a miscarriage may cause internal bleeding.

Medical abortion has its scope of application. It is only applicable to pregnant women within seven weeks of amenorrhea and some pregnant women who have no contraindications to medical abortion. In addition, prolonged bleeding and excessive bleeding after medical abortion are its key side effects, which can last for nearly a month.

Abortion can be performed within 3 months of pregnancy, and induced labor is required after 3 months. Urine tests and B-ultrasound are required to confirm the pregnancy, but there is a risk of incomplete abortion with medicine, so curettage is also required if the abortion is not complete. Moreover, after taking medicine, the uterus will contract, so it will be very painful and the amount of bleeding will be relatively large. Generally, the best method now is not to damage the cervix and will not affect future pregnancy.

Symptoms of miscarriage during ten days of pregnancy

Early miscarriage may present the following symptoms according to the different stages of miscarriage development:

1. Threatened abortion: A small amount of vaginal bleeding occurs first, usually dark red or bloody leucorrhea, followed by paroxysmal lower abdominal pain or lower back pain. Gynecological examination showed that the cervix was not dilated, the fetal membrane was not ruptured, the pregnancy material had not been discharged, and the size of the uterus was consistent with the number of weeks of amenorrhea. There was hope for pregnancy again. After rest and treatment, if the bleeding stops and the lower abdominal pain subsides, pregnancy can continue; if the amount of vaginal bleeding increases or the lower abdominal pain worsens, it may develop into inevitable miscarriage.

2. Unavoidable miscarriage: refers to the fact that miscarriage is inevitable. It develops from the trend of threatened abortion, at which time the amount of vaginal bleeding increases, the intermittent lower abdominal pain intensifies, or vaginal discharge (amniotic fluid ruptures). Gynecological examination shows that the cervix is dilated, and sometimes it can be seen that the test tube embryo tissue or gestational sac is blocked inside the cervical opening. The size of the uterus is consistent with the number of weeks of amenorrhea or slightly smaller.

3. Incomplete abortion: Part of the pregnancy substance has been discharged from the body, and part of it remains in the uterine cavity or is stuck at the exit of the cervix, resulting in inevitable abortion. Because some pregnancy materials remain in the uterine cavity, uterine contractions are affected, resulting in continuous abnormal uterine bleeding and even shock due to excessive bleeding.

4. Complete abortion: All the pregnancy products have been discharged, vaginal bleeding gradually stops, and abdominal pain gradually subsides.
