Five ways to prevent atrophic rhinitis!

How much do you know about atrophic rhinitis?

Suffering from atrophic rhinitis, symptoms such as runny nose, headache, and nasal congestion often occur, and sometimes it can induce a variety of complications and endanger health. So, how should we prevent atrophic rhinitis?

Qingbitang: Five ways to prevent atrophic rhinitis!

1. Improve human body resistance:

Exercise regularly to improve the body's resistance. When the resistance is reduced, the regulatory function of the nasal mucosa deteriorates, the defense function is low, and viruses will take advantage of the opportunity to invade. Therefore, we should avoid various factors that can lead to reduced resistance, such as excessive fatigue, lack of sleep, cold, drinking, smoking, etc.

2. It is advisable to improve the respiratory tract's ability to resist cold:

You can persist in physical exercise, especially cold resistance training, such as morning jogging or washing your face with cold water. While keeping warm, you can increase outdoor activities and breathe cold air, which is also very beneficial for the treatment of upper respiratory tract diseases and other chronic diseases.

3. Be cheerful:

Keep a cheerful temperament, avoid mental stimulation, and don't overwork.

4. Regular daily routine:

Get more rest. Keep the bedroom bright and well-ventilated. But avoid direct wind and sunlight.

5. It is advisable to do nose exercises by yourself:

1) Put your palms together and rub them up and down. When the thenar muscles on both sides of your palms are slightly warm, rub them around your nose on both sides. Perform self-massage once in the morning and evening, rubbing your nose back and forth 50 times each time.

2) Use the index and middle fingers of both hands to massage the inner corners of the eyes and the bridge of the nose at the same time, from top to bottom once, for a total of 80 times.

3) Use the middle fingers of both hands to massage about 1 cm on both sides of the nose, making circular motions for 70 times in total.

4) Use the index, middle and ring fingers of both hands to massage the center of the eyebrows at the same time, then massage outward along the eyebrows to the temples on both sides, for a total of 60 times.
