According to the latest data released by Lotoo Technology, the global XR device shipments in 2024 will be 7.31 million units, a year-on-year decrease of 10.3%. This data reflects that the XR device market is facing certain growth pressure in 2024.

XR devices can be roughly divided into VR (virtual reality) and MR (mixed reality) devices, as well as AR (augmented reality) devices.

In 2024, shipments of VR and MR devices will reach 6.528 million units, accounting for 89.3% of the global market; while shipments of AR devices will reach 782,000 units, accounting for 10.7% .
