Venezuela's Movilnet became a global rising star in the three categories of download speed experience, upload speed experience and video experience, and its users had the largest year-on-year (YoY) improvement in all three indicators. Malaysia's Maxis and Unifi ranked second and third in the group with year-on-year improvements in download speed experience of 78.1% and 77.8% respectively.
