Xiaomi Financial Report: Xiaomi's global smartphone shipments in Q3 2022 were 40.2 million units, a month-on-month increase of 2.8%

Xiaomi released its Q3 financial report, with revenue of RMB 70.5 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 9.7%, and adjusted net profit of RMB 2.1 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 59.1%.

Specifically for Xiaomi's mobile phone business, Xiaomi's global smartphone business revenue in the third quarter was 42.5 billion yuan, and shipments were 40.2 million units, a month-on-month increase of 2.8%. Xiaomi said that despite the deteriorating environment, Xiaomi's mobile phone business has achieved growth for two consecutive quarters.

In the third quarter of 2022, Xiaomi's smartphone ASP in mainland China increased by about 9% year-on-year, and shipments of smartphones priced above RMB 3,000 increased by about 14% year-on-year.

In the overseas market, Xiaomi mentioned that its overseas market revenue reached 35.6 billion yuan in the third quarter, accounting for 50.5% of the total revenue.

Xiaomi mentioned that according to Canalys data, in the third quarter of 2022, Xiaomi ranked top three in smartphone shipments in 52 countries and regions around the world, and ranked top five in shipments in 64 countries and regions around the world, and achieved year-on-year increase in market share in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and other regions.

According to Canalys data, Xiaomi ranked third in global smartphone shipments in the third quarter of 2022, with a market share of 13.6%.
