• SNS community media accounted for half of the social traffic, about 42%, of which QQ Space accounted for the largest share; Tencent Weibo made the fastest progress, with a growth rate of 630.34%;
• According to research, IT blogs and e-commerce websites are most suitable for social communication, with an average return rate of 93.2%;
• The five most promising social media this year are Fans.com, Maiku, Mop.com, Meilishuo, Quyi and Tuita.com.

JiaThis is a "social sharing" aggregation button provider, providing "Collect & Share" button services for more than 500,000 websites. This aggregation button integrates 117 social "Collect & Share" buttons such as QQ, Sina Weibo, Tencent Weibo, Kaixin, Renren, etc. JiaThis has compiled the sharing data for 12 months in 2011, and conducted a comprehensive analysis and statistics on the number of times more than 50 million users used various sharing buttons and sharing behaviors, and obtained the above data report.

Share volume: The number of times netizens use JiaThis sharing tool to share the page to a certain social media

Return traffic: After sharing on a social media, the number of times a user clicks on the sharing link and returns to the sharing page

Share ratio: The percentage of shares on a particular social media in 2011 to the total number of shares on all social media

Sharing return rate: return volume/sharing volume = sharing return rate (this data can reflect the social communication ability of the website)
