Pay attention to the prevention of liver disease, do these things to avoid liver disease from developing into liver cancer, please save it

In my country, the incidence and mortality of liver cancer have increased year by year in recent years and are at the forefront of all cancers. Many liver cancers are transformed from other liver diseases. my country is also a country with a high incidence of liver disease, with the number of people infected with hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus at the forefront of the world. So how can patients with liver disease avoid developing liver cancer? Let's discuss and learn together.

Liver Disease and Liver Cancer The human liver is one of the important organs in the human body. It is reddish-brown, soft and brittle, wedge-shaped, with a rounded and blunt right end and a flat and thin left end. It accounts for about 1/50 of an adult's body weight.

In recent years, due to various reasons, people's physical fitness has been declining, and more and more people are suffering from liver disease. As the disease progresses, it is easy to worsen and threaten people's health.

Common liver diseases include hepatitis, cirrhosis, liver abscess, etc. Hepatitis is mainly chronic hepatitis, which is divided into chronic viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis, drug-toxic hepatitis, hereditary diseases and other chronic hepatitis of unknown causes according to etiology.

Liver cancer is a malignant tumor of the liver. It is relatively common in clinical practice. Usually, it refers to the situation where some special reasons, such as drug-induced hepatitis, hepatitis B virus, or idiopathic hepatitis, lead to irreversible changes in the liver and the presence of local tumors. There are two major types: primary and secondary. The former is called primary liver cancer. Primary liver malignant tumors originate from the epithelial or mesenchymal tissue of the liver and are extremely harmful malignant tumors. The latter is called sarcoma, which is relatively rare compared with primary liver cancer.

Liver cancer is highly malignant, develops rapidly, has a short course, and is prone to recurrence. In addition, the survival period of liver cancer patients, which we also call the prognosis of liver cancer, is related to many factors. But in general, the survival period of liver cancer is the least ideal among all tumors. In addition, the symptoms of early liver cancer patients are not prominent, which leads to the fact that many patients with liver cancer have already developed to the middle and late stages of liver cancer when they are diagnosed. Therefore, how to prevent liver disease from developing into liver cancer is a very important issue for patients.

In order to avoid liver cancer, patients with liver disease need to go through three steps of hepatitis development: hepatitis - cirrhosis - liver cancer. This is mainly because many patients do not pay attention to and do not seek treatment in the early stages of hepatitis. They hold the wrong ideas that "hepatitis patients with normal transaminase and jaundice do not need treatment" and "positive hepatitis B virus (HBsAg), BMV positive and HBeAg or positive antigen do not need examination and treatment". As a result, they miss the best time for treatment, which leads to cirrhosis and liver cancer, causing irreparable tragedy.

Therefore, after liver disease is detected, patients should pay attention to it and actively treat it to avoid worsening of the condition. Clinical treatment methods for liver disease usually include immunomodulatory therapy, liver protection therapy, surgical treatment, etc. Liver disease is caused by harmful factors to the liver. Some liver diseases are related to lifestyle habits, so symptomatic treatment should be chosen.

Treatment of liver disease: Immunomodulatory therapy. For patients with chronic viral hepatitis, immunomodulation can generally be performed using some thymosin or thymopentin, which can regulate the body's immune mechanism.

Liver protection treatment: Patients take some liver protection and enzyme-lowering drugs, such as bicyclol or glycyrrhizin.

Surgical treatment. The liver is not sensitive to chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and surgical treatment is usually the main treatment, including surgical resection, local treatment, and liver transplantation. Surgical resection is the most effective treatment for liver cancer and is suitable for early-stage liver cancer.

Diet therapy. There are many types of liver diseases, such as liver fibrosis, hepatitis, fatty liver, alcoholic liver, etc., all belong to the category of liver disease. For different types of liver diseases, although the treatment methods and drugs used are different, the precautions in life and diet are still similar. For example, protein intake should be limited in diet. Excessive protein intake may increase the burden on the liver; secondly, pay attention to avoid spicy and irritating foods, such as peppers, alcohol, etc., to reduce the burden on the liver. This type of food has an impact on patients with liver disease. It is recommended that patients with liver disease eat low-salt, low-fat, and low-calorie foods.

Prevention of liver disease To prevent liver disease, the following points should be taken:

1. Lifestyle habits: In daily life, you should pay attention to rest, avoid fatigue, keep a good mood, avoid tension and anxiety, and exercise appropriately.

2. Eating habits: Quit smoking and drinking, do not eat spicy, greasy, and irritating foods. Eat more high-protein, high-vitamin foods, especially foods rich in vitamin B, vitamin C, and vitamin E, and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.

3. Physical examination: You should pay attention to regular physical examinations, especially screening for liver disease and liver function tests, etc.
