1. Warm the milk, add yeast, mix well and let it stand to form yeast liquid. Mix all the ingredients except butter and knead into a smooth dough. Add butter and knead until expanded. Place in a warm place to ferment until it is twice as large.

Place the pizza base on a well-oiled pizza pan, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 15 minutes. Steam the sausage in a steamer for 15 minutes, let it cool and slice it. Cut the onion, green pepper, carrot and black olives into rings.

4. After the pizza dough has risen, shape it with your hands so that the edges are higher than the center. Use a fork to poke some holes in the dough, spread a layer of tomato sauce on it, place a circle of sausage slices around the dough, sprinkle with a layer of onions, put carrots and onion rings, sprinkle with a layer of cheese, and finally put the sausage and black olives.

5. Place the pizza in the middle layer of a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Take it out and cut it into pieces while it is hot.
