1. Threatened abortion: Threatened abortion can be successfully managed, bleeding can be stopped, and pregnancy can be repeated.

2. Embryo stops developing: Pregnant women who are diagnosed with test tube embryo termination through abortion surgery should undergo abortion surgery immediately to remove the dead test tube embryo, rest well after the surgery, and recover as soon as possible.

3. Placenta previa: Maintain the fetus under the specific guidance of a physician, pay attention to rest, reduce activity, and strictly refrain from sexual intercourse.

4. Placental abruption: Once the early embryo is separated during a caesarean section, the fetus is in an extremely dangerous situation. A caesarean section should be performed as soon as possible to save the lives of the pregnant woman and the fetus.

5. Ectopic pregnancy: Immediate treatment If an ectopic pregnancy is discovered, it must be treated immediately. Depending on the severity of the condition, hospitalization for surgery or conservative treatment may be required.

Can I do an ultrasound at 49 days of pregnancy if I am having spotting? An ultrasound in the early stages of pregnancy is not necessary for most pregnant women. However, if the pregnant mother has a history of miscarriage, has received infertility treatment, or has bleeding, abdominal pain, etc., the doctor may ask you to do an ultrasound examination between 6 and 11 weeks of pregnancy. The only written notice for doing an early pregnancy ultrasound before 6 weeks of pregnancy is to rule out the possibility of ectopic pregnancy. If not necessary within 3 months, color Doppler ultrasound examination will not be performed. In other words, the first color Doppler ultrasound examination should be performed after 12 weeks. Medical students examine the results based on the symptoms reported by the pregnant woman, suspecting hydatidiform mole, ectopic pregnancy or combined pregnancy. Color Doppler ultrasound examination at 11-14 weeks of pregnancy will show the detailed image of the fetus, which can confirm whether the baby's development is consistent with the gestational age, whether it is a multiple pregnancy, etc.

Ultrasound examinations of pregnancy are usually very short, lasting only a few minutes, and generally do not affect the fetus in the late gestational age of the uterus. Generally, 3 to 4 ultrasound examinations are sufficient during pregnancy. However, if there are abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, frequent fetal movements, lowering, and other abnormalities during pregnancy, as well as unclear fetal position, ultrasound examinations should be considered as appropriate based on the doctor's examination results.

When doing B-ultrasound in the early stages of pregnancy, a certain amount of urine needs to be accumulated in the bladder to be seen clearly, so expectant mothers are advised to hold their urine in advance. If in the early stages of pregnancy, due to special conditions such as abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, etc., you need to do an ultrasound examination, then drink 4-6 cups of warm water at home in advance.
