hcg reference value 13 days after transplantation

As we all know, Hcg value can reflect whether a pregnant woman is pregnant and the growth and development of the fetus in the mother's body, which is very important for the health of the fetus. What is the Hcg value for ectopic pregnancy, which can be reflected. So, what is the normal hcg value 28 days after test tube transplantation? What is the standard hcg value 13 days after transplantation? Let's have a simple understanding and understanding of this issue. I hope the following points will be of some help to everyone!

hcg standard value after 13 days of transplantation

The human chorionic gonadotropin (commonly known as hCG) assay is currently the most advanced pregnancy test. The common test methods are blood hCG assay and urine hCG assay. This test determines whether a woman is pregnant by checking the presence of β-subunits in the blood and urine. Confirmed in early pregnancy, hCG can rise to more than 2500 IU/L 35 to 50 days after pregnancy. It reaches 80,000 IU/L in 60 to 70 days. The urine hCG level in multiple pregnancies is often higher than that in single pregnancies.

Ectopic pregnancy diagnosis

1. hCG measurement: Urine or blood hCG is particularly important for the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. In ectopic pregnancy, the patient's body hCG level is lower than that in intrauterine pregnancy. Continuously measure blood hCG. If the growth time exceeds 7 days, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy is very high; if the growth time is less than 1.4 days, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy is very small.

2. Progesterone determination: The measurement of blood cell progesterone levels is helpful in determining the growth and development status of normal pregnancy test tube embryos. In ectopic pregnancy, the blood cell progesterone level is slightly lower, mostly between 10-25ng/ml. If the blood cell progesterone > 25ng/ml, the probability of ectopic pregnancy is less than 1.5%; if its value is < 5ng/ml, intrauterine pregnancy, miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy should be considered.

3. Confirmed by B-ultrasound: If no gestational sac is detected in the uterine cavity, but an abnormal hypoechoic area is detected beside the uterus, and the fetal bud and the initial primitive heart tube beat are seen, ectopic pregnancy can be diagnosed. If there are mixed echo areas and scattered shadows in the uterine and duodenal fossa during parauterine exploration, even if no embryo or fetal heartbeat is seen, ectopic pregnancy should be highly suspected.

Combining blood hCG measurement with color Doppler ultrasound examination is of great help in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. When blood hCG>2000IU/L and no gestational sac is seen in the uterine cavity by intravaginal ultrasound, the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is basically established.

4. Laparoscopy: Laparoscopy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, and laparoscopy can be used for surgical treatment at the same time as diagnosis. However, about 3%-4% of patients are misdiagnosed because their gestational sac is too small. They may also be misdiagnosed as pregnant due to bilateral enlargement and color change of fallopian tubes. This should be paid attention to.

5. Intravaginal posterior fornix puncture: suitable for patients suspected of having ruptured abdominal capillaries. Ruptured capillaries in the abdomen tend to accumulate in the duodenal pouch. Even if there is little bleeding, blood can be drawn out by puncturing the posterior fornix in the vagina. In the case of old ectopic pregnancy, a small amount of old blood or non-coagulated blood may be drawn out. When there is no capillary rupture, minimal internal bleeding, abscess location is high, or there is adhesion in the duodenal uterine pouch, blood may not be drawn, and thus a negative result of posterior vaginal fornix puncture cannot rule out tubal pregnancy.

It should be noted that the use of early pregnancy test strips cannot detect ectopic pregnancy. Early pregnancy test strips determine whether you are pregnant by testing the hCG content in the body, but they cannot determine the site and status of embryo implantation. When a woman has an ectopic pregnancy, the early pregnancy test will be positive. It is recommended that women seek further diagnosis through B-ultrasound and blood hCG as soon as possible after they discover that they are pregnant.
